Rental Policy

Cancelation policy:

Guests may reschedule up until six days before delivery at no charge. For cancellations:

• 14 days or more before delivery - 50% of deposit

• 7-13 days before delivery - 25% of deposit

• 6 days or fewer before delivery - no deposit

Space Requirements:

The sauna sits on a trailer that is 8' x 17' and requires a flat, accessible area of equal or greater size. Additionally, you will need space for a cold plunge nearby. Please let us know about your space and location for the sauna before we arrive.

Delivery:

Delivery within 10 miles of sauna location is free. We charge by the mile for deliveries greater than 10 miles away. Add $3.50 per mile after the first 10 miles, one-way only.
